Welcome to my first blog post on the site.
Feels a bit mad writing this, but I wanted a place where I can talk properly about what I'm working on and where things are heading with my music.

If you’re new here: I’m Joe Young, a 26 year old electronic music producer and DJ from Cornwall. I make emotional, modern dance tracks in Ableton using synths, strings, guitars and whatever sounds inspire me at the time. My music mixes bits of garage, dance and electronic ideas into something that feels like my own thing.

Lately things have been picking up with more listeners, better tracks and a clearer idea of the sound I’m trying to build. So this blog is where I’ll share behind the scenes stuff, new ideas, progress on tracks, DJ plans, inspiration and everything in between. Nothing too serious. Just a place to show what actually goes into creating the music.

I’m building something step by step now and I’m excited to bring you along with it.
